Yes. Open it once with internet and install it (Add to Home Screen). After that everything works without a connection. Images are saved for offline use the first time you view them, or all at once from the app's offline download option.

Do I get updates?

Yes. Updates download automatically the next time you open the app while online.

How does the license work?

After you buy, you get a license key in your receipt. Enter it once, while online, and the app unlocks on that device. It's a personal license for your own devices; please don't share your key.
